We use Kevlar Thread on our True, Hand-Tied Skirts that will not rotate, slide down or rot away like a rubber collar.  To keep the #3 Willow Blade spinning we use a quality Ball Bearing Swivel not a cheap Crane Swivel which will bind and not spin properly.  The 3-D Eyes have a thick, glitter clear-coat to hold them in place and add a realistic look.  The .035 wire is light enough for great vibration but strong enough to hold up to big fish.    Go Big!...by going small.
